The Opioid Learning and Response Collaborative (OLRC) provides statewide training, resources, and support to strengthen Illinois’ workforce and address opioid use disorder (OUD) and substance use challenges. Through partnerships with community providers, recovery organizations, and state agencies, and by prioritizing communities disproportionately impacted by opioid overdoses and multigenerational harms associated with structural racism and health inequities, the OLRC builds capacity to deliver equitable, evidence-based, and person-centered care.

Funding provided in whole or in part through the Illinois Department of Human Services.
